Efforts Against Coronavirus

ATTENTION FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND GUESTS:

As the COVID-19 situation evolves in surrounding communities, we are working diligently to prevent the virus from reaching our residents and employees.

As of Feb 24, 2021 we are approved for Stage II of returning to pre-covid norms

We can now have indoor visiting, group dining, salon services and activities programming.  We have applied for approval of Stage III as we have met these requirements.

We have created a robust plan to prevent our residents and employees from exposure to COVID-19 using guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Our plan interventions include:

At this time, we have determined that visitor restriction is the best course of action to prevent inadvertent exposure of COVID-19 from the surrounding communities. Alternate visitation can be arranged, in advance, by speaking to a member of our facility staff. Please contact our facility with any questions.
